This is an amazing beach front house with a beautiful view to the ocean. Beautiful sunsets and a lot of sea shells. Walking distance from Crash Boat Beach, great restaurants, bars & grills, and delicious food that you will absolutely love. You will also find Paseo Real Marina with kiosks, Alta mar mojitos, and Others. Also find rental bikes, Jet ski, and kayaks nearby. It has been completely remodeled in and out and equipped with new appliances and furniture. All rooms equipped with A/C.

Located near road 107, Crash Boat beach, Playuela, and world famous beaches known for their wave breaks. This is the house I grew up in, great neighbors, warming place. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars near, beaches, surfing spots, and it’s a 7 minute drive to the airport . You will have all the essentials and I’m constantly monitoring the app with great communication.
