This peaceful 3 en-suite AC bedroom villa is surrounded by swaying palm trees and features a large garden, refreshing swimming pool and a cozy patio. With a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, Thús is the perfect place for families or friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka!

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

The guesthouse is equipped with an indoor lounge area, air conditioning, kitchenette, patios for sunbathing, outdoor bathroom, yoga deck, and unlimited drinking water.

Licuala's Jungle Bungalow is a uniquely styled and furnished studio. This space was designed to be warm, intimate and cozy. The tinted sliding doors and blackout blinds add to the privacy. This home is known for seeing the most wildlife Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away. This is one of five properties on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by.

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.

Welcome to beach villa on Weligama Bay in Sri Lanka! Down a narrow, leafy lane off the main Galle-Colombo road, our new, modern villa overlooks the sand and surf to a limitless horizon. Weligama is only a five minute drive away and Mirissa Beach is less than fifteen minutes.
