Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Light Breakfast & Super-King Comfortable Bed

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Peaceful Parklands

You’ll love this stylish up-market haven, private and comfortable. Walking distance away from Park Island sports grounds. This includes , hockey, football, and rugby fields in beautiful park surroundings. The historic Mission Winery close at hand and cycle paths on our doorstep. A 7 minutes drive from airport , vibrant bars and restaurants in Ahuriri, and CBD. A shopping centre close at hand with laundromat, supermarket and fast food included.

Charles Street Haven

It is a one bedroom self-contained apartment with off street parking. Lounge with kitchenette, private outdoor area, and spacious bedroom. Continental breakfast provided. Quoted price includes cleaning fee. Very centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Westshore beach and rotary cycle way , 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 5 minutes drive to Ahuriri shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Napier city centre.

The Coach House: historic self contained B&B

We’re happy to offer basic breakfast supplies- cereal and toast, butter and jam and 150ml milk for your first tea and coffee. There is a shop - Shakespeare Rd mini-mart for extra supplies and milk for cereal a short 7min walk away- walk north from Coach House then turn left into Gladstone Rd, take the stairs to the right at the end of the street and then left along to the shop Photo of map attached
