Huset ligger ugenert ved Klauce søens bred med egen strand. Søen er en del af Sauka Naturpark. Huset har alle komfortabiliteter samt autonom varme med aircon, pillekamin og brændeovn. Udendørs er der kano og SUP til at nyde søen. Der er langt til de ellers sympatiske naboer og man har stedet eksklusivt for sig selv. 7 km til Viesite by med kærlighedssti, kulturhus, Museum osv.. Ikke langt derfra er der mulighed for ridning med heste i naturen. Total ro og afslapning.

Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē.
