المسكن محاط بحديقةجذابه ممتلئة بالاشجار كالعنب والتفاح وغيره. بالإضافةإلى وجود شبكة واي فاي WIF.كما ان الموقع مطل على سلسلة جبال عجلون. ومن الموقع نفسة يطل على احد الجبال في مدينة جرش السياحية.والموقع متوسط بين مدينتي جرش وعجلون ويبعد عن كل منهما مسافة 8كيلو متر تقريبا . كما أن مالك الشقة يتحدث اللغة الانجليزية. وأود باستقبال الزوار الأجانب من كافة أنحاء العالم. واهتم بكل الترحيب بهم .
