Evimiz Yaz- Kış konaklamaya ve "Home Office" olarak kullanmaya oldukça müsaittir. Merkezi ısıtmayla tüm odalar kaloriferli, Klima, Çalışma Alanı, wifi, 2 ad. kapalı cam balkon, 1 adet açık balkon, elektrikli panjur ve sineklik bulunmaktadır, 1'i ebeveyn banyolu 2 adet yatak odası mevcuttur. Tüm odalar ışık almaktadır. Talep halinde park bebek yatağı ve açılır kapanır tek kişilik yatak verilmektedir. Meşhur İğdeli plajına 450 metre uzaklıkta olmakla birlikte diğer tüm plajlara çok yakındır.

In front of our apartment is a charming garden. You can enter our independent apartment with garden by walking through the garden shown in the picture and descending the stairs. We point out that our home is'nt suitable for baby, child, the elderly, or individuals with disabilities. We are particularly well-suited for cyclists.

Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. An inch away from the bus-stop to the airport and a 10 min walk from the port.

Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
