Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

Men husk å vaske opp. Hytta består av en stue/kjøkken med sovesofa (140 cm) samt et stort soverom med contenenttalseng (180 cm) og en sovesofa (160cm). Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
