Our cozy Akron themed home has over a 1000 square foot, three bedrooms (master bedroom & half bath upstairs) and one and a half bathrooms; washer and dryer also available for use in unfinished basement. The home has been completely updated and is perfect to host traveling nurses, business professionals, or guests visiting in the area.

Recently renovated, this cozy 2-story colonial offers a full kitchen with gas range, espresso machine, air fryer, dishwasher, and wine fridge. The kitchen side door opens to a fenced-in backyard. The living room has a sofa, large SmartTV and a dining area with seating for 4. The main level bedroom has a twin trundle bed and vanity. Upstairs is a large loft-style bedroom with king-size bed, faux fireplace, work desk, closet and sturdy oak storage furniture. Washer/dryer available in basement.

Comfortable and eclectic 2 bedroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of charming Highland Square and minutes from downtown Akron, in the diverse, urban neighborhood of West Hill, with direct access to W Market St (18) and Exchange St and easy access to many highways and public transportation. Wifi is included along with all the information you need to make the most of your stay in Akron. We welcome short, as well as long term stays. Please be aware; the outside stairs are very steep.

Walking distance to several different awesome restaurants! Hot tub and sauna are down the stairs on the below deck and free for guests to use!
