Kick Back on a Restored 1920 Residence So Close to Downtown

This home was built in 1920 and has been recently renovated (2018) from top to bottom preserving its historic character and charm while adding modern touches. It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a large private backyard with a patio deck. The entire house has all new appliances and furniture; equipped with a 55” Smart Roku TV and a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate additional guests. It offers a King size bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the other two bedrooms with all new beds and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to dine in with new dinnerware, flatware sets, pots and pans, seasonings and QUALITY knives. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need of course (please see the amenities section for a complete list). Should you require access to the internet, you will enjoy speeds of up to 400 mbs via WiFi. There is even a Wii if you decide to stay in and need to entertain yourselves or the kiddos. How close is this home to everything? * Alamodome is .7 mi or 3 min. * Henry B. Convention Center is 1.2 mi or 5 min. * Riverwalk is 1.2 mi or 5 min. * The Alamo is 1.5 mi or 7 min. * Pearl Brewery is 2.4 mi or 9 min. * The DoSeum is 3.1 mi or 10 min. * Lackland AFB is 12.2 mi or 17 min. You will have access to the entire home. Please park in the driveway, which could easily fit two cars. The homes in this peaceful area were mostly built in the 1900s, but there has been a steady gentrification process in recent years restoring vintage craftsman homes with modern features. Stemming from this revitalization has spawned a creative and diverse food scene all within walking distance or a short Uber ride such as The Cherrity Bar or Dignowity Meats. Please check out our Guidebook for more recommendations on things to do and eat. Access to the downtown area is as easy as ordering an Uber, which runs around $6 - $8 or if you are the adventurous type, you can hop on a bird scooter, which you could pick up literarily two doors down. The house is also conveniently located close to the highways should you need to travel outside the city. The Smart Roku TV is setup to stream online tv services such as Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The thermostat is smart and the security cameras outside are also smart for additional security. Children are welcome but the house is not child proofed.

Steps away from the Alamodome

Stay where the action is!! Walking distance to The Alamodome, Henry B. Convention Center, The Alamo, River Center Mall, St. Paul Square & more. A stone throw away is parking lot C at the Dome. Don' worry about parking or traffic, it's across the street! Several bars and restaurants are nearby. This home is protected by ADT (security system/outdoor camera) Keypad entry for ease of access and key entry for additional security. Remote adjustable ac/heat, smart TV and Wifi. Plenty of room for two.

Near Downtown Guest Studio

Small Cozy Guest house, great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoration going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great price/location
