This Enclave is close on this Vembanad lake. Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

Beez Den Pool Villa Basic Layout * Ground Floor - Kitchen, Private Pool , Parking Space. *First Floor - AC Suite Room with king size bed and attached bathroom. Please Note:# Beez den pool villa have an inverter backup incase of powercut , so ceiling fans , lights , tv , charging points will work fine ,but AC , fridge , heater wont work in Inverter battery power. #Pool is open 24Hrs , no restrictions, we also have a bonus waterfall feature which is operational from 6:00PM to 9:00PM.

Anju's mouth watering dishes coupled with pappy's insight and organic knowledge sets the pace for the stay here. Fresh fish & seafood are available at our backyard. Boat cruising, cycling, fishing, barbecue, campfire etc are there. the beautiful marari beach & chethy beach are very close to our place. The atmosphere is pleasant, silent and good flow of breeze are here.

Mylanthra House is approved and licensed as DIAMOND GRADE since 2005 by the Kerala Tourism department. It is an 85-year-old traditional Bungalow located in Kochi at the bank of Vembanad Lake. This Diamond-graded homestay is built of Plinthite blocks and plastered with lime. Its roofs and floors are covered with old clay tiles & have a wooden ceiling all over. This traditional construction keeps the bungalow cool.
