The property features three modern 400 sq ft houses complete with covered decks, fully functioning kitchens, full bathroom, and queen beds. Located at mile post 6 - 10 miles from downtown. This house is positioned with view over Robe Lake and surrounded with incredible Chugach Mountains views.

This cabin sleeps a total of 6, so it’s perfect for families or couples as you enjoy nature as well as each other! If fishing, kayaking, Hatcher Pass, hiking or biking is in your plans, this is the place for you! It offers the best of both worlds being located on the Parks Highway for easy access to all your day trips and a short 300' walk to the Little Susitna River in the backyard!

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.
