This beautiful house is situated in Qerret, 50 minutes drive from Tirana, 30 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes drive from Durres. The house is 50 meters away from the seashore. The house has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 balconies and 1 kitchen. The village is perfectly nice and calm with private security. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

The guesthouse is located exactly in city center of Shkodra, near all its attractions. Its based in the renovated Blacksmith's workshop of my grandfather. Its offers great comfort with its unique decoration and facilities.
