Chalet 1 has 2 cosy bedrooms (1 King, 2 Singles), a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 2 decks, a bathroom with toilet and shower . The chalet is fully insulated with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire (one night complimentary firewood). Bookings of more than two people will have access to the second bedroom.

Relax on the private patio to the birdlife and view of the beautiful gardens nestled into Lake Seppings. Off street private parking for one. Close proximity to 2 swimming beaches, surfing beach, cycling path, 5 minutes drive to Albany cbd, walking trail on Lake Seppings and 18 hole Links Golf course across the road. This two bedroom apartment has a cosy lounge, Dimplex heating, kitchenette, induction plate and a introductory continental breakfast supplied. An easy way to begin your morning.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Vancouver Cottage

Enjoy a piece of history at this beautifully renovated 1915 cottage, nestled in the heart of old Albany. Combining the charm and character of a century-old home with modern comforts, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of old and new with tranquil gardens. The cottage features a spacious, open living area with original wood floors and vintage detailing. Modern upgrades throughout the home ensure a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, and cozy bedrooms.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

2 storey house in Albany with amazing views !

Enjoy downtime in this stunning 2 storey ADULTS ONLY house with views to die for! Short 500m walk to the main street where there is everything you need. Very quiet location in a cul de sac. All linen and towels supplied. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite including a bath. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bedroom with the main bathroom, another lounge plus the laundry. There are decks both upstairs and down to soak in those views.

Enjoy a quiet retreat or bring the whole family to this comfortable, spacious guesthouse, nestled in by the peppermint trees along the Middleton Beach-Emu Point bike path and next to the stunning Albany Golf Course. This is the perfect location for a relaxed holiday experience, with everything you need a short drive away. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Dencala

Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.

Wolfes Landing - a rustic home on the inlet

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
