The Chalet is nestled on 12 acres in the village of Esperance, New York, the heart of the Mohawk Valley. Drive down the tree-lined driveway, you come to the chalet to your left, and in front of you, your own private 5-acre pond. The pond is the star of the property; anyone who enjoys the outdoors will agree. You can enjoy kayaking and fishing. The pond has bass, perch, & blue gill. Bring your pole and test your fishing skills. Swimming is also allowed. A 50-minute drive on Rt20 to Cooperstown.

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

There is a large fire pit in the middle of the yard and a smaller one down in the secret garden. The property also has a pond along with panoramic views of the Catskill and Bershire mpuntains. Within 30 minutes of Windham mnt. we also host events and longer term stays for workers on a job.

The cabin has been completely restored - maintaining the the vibe of the old while incorporating modern The cabin has an open kitchen with separate dining area and living room. There is separate bedroom and bathroom. The log cabin has a private open-field backyard surrounded by trees - ideal idea breakfast, lunch or even a barbecue.

This one Bedroom apartment is in a riverfront colonial mansion built by oilcloth baron and philanthropist Deborah Ball Powers in the early 19th century. The apartment is modest: full kitchen, dining room downstairs and BR / bath up. But the grounds are grand: 2 acres of Hudson river waterfront - comes with shared use of canoes, croquet or badminton and other games for the lawn, and bikes you can ride to historic local destinations.
