Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

Take a ride down Thornburgh Drive and find this cute little remodeled 1950s home located right between beautiful La Prele and Washington Parks. It is within walking distance by just a few blocks to either of the parks, the movie theater, and the University of Wyoming. Coming for a football game? You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

The Downtown House

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Welcome to our Blue Sky Suite, 1 block to campus

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. Guests under 25: send Inquiry before booking. House rules: firm.

Secluded home on 35 acres adjoining Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 Minutes to Laramie and Tie City ski area, 15 minutes to Curt Gowdy State Park on Granite Springs Reservoir and 35 minutes to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard and pet friendly. Queen bed in main bedroom with twin bed downstairs in semi private area. Additional bedroom with queen bed and private bath and studio apartment available upon request for extra fee. No cell service.

PLEASE NOTE: The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs. NO SMOKING NO PETS on property - we do have a well behaved Aussie Doodle upstairs.

Located in the tree area 6 blocks to the UW campus, a short drive to downtown Laramie, and near 3 city parks. Very quite, safe, walkable neighborhood. The apartment comprises the entire 2nd floor of our home and is clean, bright, roomy with a comfy bed. Our place is good for one person or couples passing through, traveling on business, or vacation. Parking is available in front of the house. We are happy to share our vast local knowledge of the area with all travelers.
