Shepherdess Cottage

Charming cottage located in Scottsville, Virginia on a 93 acre sheep farm. It is located 19 miles from Charlottesville. The Shepherdess Cottage is tiny, relatively private and offers beautiful views. We are a working farm so you may encounter us, but will respect your privacy as much as we can. You are welcome to "free range" with our sheep and enjoy exploring the property. Sometimes our lambing season (pretty much year-round) will offer bottle babies that you can feed and cuddle.

Base price is for 2 people, no pets or children under 8 for safety. Stays more than 3 nights will have an added cleaning fee of 20.00

Modern Cottage near Charlottesville

Bright and open studio space that sits on a 2.5 acre parcel and is about 150 feet away from the main house where we live. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and under 30 minutes to downtown. The space features a kitchenette, one full bath and an open lofted bedroom space (queen size bed) upstairs. The twin beds are located on the main floor. We can only allow a maximum of 2 cars due to limited space on the property. Use of candles or fire stove is not permitted.

The Barn at Haden is a custom well appointed finished 2 bedroom, 1 full bath space elevated above a detached 3 car garage with a large outdoor private deck. It features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end finishes. Whether staying for a night or for the weekend, it is an experience to enjoy the easy living Crozet has to offer. Walkable/bikeable to downtown Crozet, 2 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Peach Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville.

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).

Enjoy our lovely handcrafted cottage in its wooded, peaceful setting with its new keyhole-style herb garden. Just a mile off the Keswick exit of I-64 near Charlottesville, UVA, Monticello, many wineries and historic sites, this conveniently located property includes walking trails, hilarious chickens, beautiful gardens and a new playset for children. High speed internet is an added bonus.
