Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

So, all you need to do is Relax and Enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped cottage. Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.

Another airbnb rental is on the same property to the left, there is shared parking, but no living spaces shared.

The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.
