Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

This is a studio basement apartment perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who doesn't want to camp but be in the action every day. Go enjoy the many outdoor activities then come home, repack your gear and head out in a different direction the next day! This is located on a an urban flower farm, complete with chickens. You will have your own secure entry. Pets are welcome but strictly on leash when outdoors due to the chickens. The entire property is fenced, gated and has security cameras.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Cabin overlooks one of the best trout streams in the World with stairs down to the river with a deck overlooking the river. Outside the Cabin is a deck overlooking the river with an antler chandelier. Next to the cabin is a large, tiled patio that is set up with a fireplace and barbecue. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Welcome to the 9 Mile Schoolhouse and Teacherage! Our home is yours and it is full of charm, history, and character. Cozy and cute, it has a very comfortable layout and is nestled in 9 Mile, close to the interstate for easy commute to Missoula, but out in the country for quiet times and stargazing, minus distractions and busyness of town. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have homemade brew on tap for the beer lovers. Enjoy an evening of outdoor cinema, a bonfire, or just a breath of fresh air.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter.
