Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen up to 6 people can live confortably. Located in quite Surlej just above Silvaplana's lake, 10 minutes by car from St. Moritz or 1 hour walk through the woods. In summer many bike or walking trails are waiting just outside your door.

In the very centre of Celerina, very close to the ice skating rink in winter which becomes tennis courts and a children\'s area in summer. Only 500 metres from the ski lifts and the station.<br><br>The 25 square metre studio apartment has a living and dining area. The sofas become the beds of the apartment at night. The kitchen is separate and has three electric hobs and an oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment does not have private parking.<br><br>

Chesa Crasta is an old Engadine house from the 15th century. In the centre of Celerina, just 2 km from St. Moritz. The ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are within walking distance, the Marguns cable car is only 300 metres away. The Celerina train station is 400 metres away. Restaurants and a supermarket are 300 metres from the house. Playground and ice skating rink are 150 metres away. The house has a shared garage and Wi-Fi.
