Located 20 mins. from the airport, 15 mins. from Foothills Pkwy, 40 mins. from Cades Cove, and a scenic drive from Gatlinburg , it's a perfect spot for a quiet get-away. This newly constructed home is filled with modern style and charm. Its elegant three bedrooms, stylish living spaces, full kitchen, and deck provide a relaxing destination.

You will be centrally located to all of the activities that make East TN great. You are walking distance to downtown Maryville and Maryville College, you are a 10 minute drive from Knoxville's McGhee Tyson Airport, and 25 minutes from Downtown Knoxville and The University of Tennessee. You are a 30 minute drive from the Great Smoky Mountains NP.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and a full-size washer and dryer tucked in at the rear.
