A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

The house is located in town. North end also has gas station, stores and taverns. Room to park your boat for a fishing getaway. Bring your outdoor chairs to sit by the fire pit. A charcoal grill is available for your use. Bedding and towels are provided.
