Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Smartliner 21 med 100 hk. Varmeapparat, fiskeutstyr. sjødyktig fiskebåt. Leie pr dag 1850,-

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Fjelltoppar, koselege setrar, fjord og badeplass er kun gåavstand unna. Liker du å gå på topptur på ski har vi ski in, ski out på vinteren. Vi har flotte Berdalsnibba rett bak oss.

Dyr- og røykfri leilighet med god plass ute :) Parkeringsplass og fine turmuligheter. Håndklær og sengetøy følger med.
