De store gulv til tak vinduene gir en fantastisk panoramautsikt til de vakre fjellene som båthuset er omkranset. Noe som innbyder til ro og avslapping. Båthuset ligger i nærhet til kjente områder som Trollstigen, Geiranger, Aalesund og Atlanterhavsvegen. I nærområdet ligger alpinanleggene på Fjellsetra og Strandafjellet. Sunnmørsalpene er kjent for sit fantastiske turområde både sommer og vinter.

Welcome to the guest house on the farm with a short distance to the sea and nature. Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. The possibilities are many:)

Peaceful neighborhood with several playgrounds, a lake and trails. Short distanse from big mall (Moa 5 min) and downtown Ålesund 12 min. Two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. You have your own floor and your own private entrance. The garden and a playhouse is shared with us when we are home, but we do respect your privacy. You will have your own parking spot, and it is possible to charge an electric car at no charge (Chademo) Toys, books and tv-streaming is available.

Romslig hytte med flott utsikt og turterreng rett utanfor døra. Hytta ligg i nærheten av skianlegget (ski inn/ski ut) og fine preparerte langrennsløyper og lysløype er like i nærheten. Området har elles flotte turmuligheter også til fots. Fjellsetra er eit godt utgangspunkt for mange fine toppturer både sommer og vinter. Det er også eit godt utgangspunkt fir dagsreise til Geiranger og Ålesund. Om sommeren kan en også fiske i Nysætervatnet (må kjøpe fiskekort).
