The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.
