Designer Victorian Flat in Maida Vale

Settle back in front of the gorgeous period fireplace and catch a Netflix film on the fabulous 55" TV. Fully renovated, this modern flat has numerous luxurious touches throughout, from the leather sofa and vintage carpet to the free-standing bath. We provide extra little luxuries like white cotton sheets, feather duvets and pillows, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries. We have fast wifi, a 55" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer, iTV etc. The flat also has a water softener installed giving you filtered water without any of the calcium that London's hard water has. We also have filtered tap water for drinking! The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots, pans and cooking ingredients as well as a dishwasher and a washer dryer. In the main bedroom we have a super king bed with a luxurious feather topped mattress. In the single bedroom we have a single bed. The bathroom has a free standing bath tub with standing shower. You have access to the whole flat I’m available to help if you have any issues. This is a beautiful neighbourhood, just around the corner from leafy Elgin Avenue. It's a quick walk to Little Venice, Queen's Park, or Portobello Road in Notting Hill. It's also close to the tube, with Central London reachable in under 15 minutes. Maida Vale or Warwick Avenue Tube are about 8 minutes walk away. There is also a bus stop across the street that will take you towards Paddington, Hyde Park and Oxford Circus. Heathrow is 27 mins by car without traffic Please note the flat is on the first floor and there are steps to get into the flat. The flat is on one floor but there are 4 steps to the main bedroom which you can see from the photos.
