The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. The bus stop to/from Sydney airports is only 7 mins walk away and the ride takes roughly 8-15mins with only a couple of stops to domestic or international airport.
