Cozy at C is a small, but roomy, 1 bed/1 bath apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to a grass backyard and private parking. Amenities include, high speed wireless internet, a smart TV, brand new appliances and an Arcade "Multicade" that has 800 free-to-play video games from the 80s, 90s and 2000s. And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

This quiet suburban neighborhood located in the heart of the "Nursery Capital of the South" makes it easy to forget the rat race and take a deep breath of fresh forest air. Enjoy a coffee in the fenced backyard, or a glass of wine in the jetted bathtub. Plant shoppers will be thrilled to find great nurseries within blocks of the house, and literally hundreds more just a few minutes away. We know it can be overwhelming sometimes, so please ask if there's any plant material you can't find.

Cotile Destiny

Enjoy bream fishing off the dock , bbqing under the covered patio, standing by one of 2 outdoor fire pits cooking s’mores with the kids or just watching the flames roll. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .

Katie's place is ready for you! Watch a movie, challenge someone to a game, relax on the patio, cook dinner in the fully-stocked kitchen, or wind down in one of the many bedrooms. The house is centrally-located in the heart of Pineville. It is minutes away from Rapides & Cabrini hospitals, good eats, and Kees Park (splash pad open in summer). Visiting family, sporting event, work, or wedding (6.5 miles Josephine & 10.5 miles Magnolia Bend, we are ready to be your home away from home!

LONE PINE COTTAGE (Hardtner House's Little Sister) is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. This 600sf beauty is elegant, charming and comfortable including Living room with twin Murphy bed, small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, kitchen basics, dining table-chairs. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, sofa, reading area, closet and vanity/lavatory. The bath includes a "wet bath" with shower. Sleeps 2 or 3.

It is very close to the Methodist Conference Center, Kisatchie, Indian Creek, I-49, Alexandria, and LSUA. If you are traveling by yourself or with your family, you will be comfortable. You will have all of the privacy in the world, but we are a minute away if you need us.
