Modern fully equipped apartment, located in a historic area of Lisbon, in Beco dos Loios, ,between São Jorge Castle and the Miradouro das Portas do Sol. In a neighborhood where it is possible to return to medieval Lisbon while at the same time feeling the modernity that accompanies the Portuguese capital. The Graça neighborhood is one typical neighborhoods of Lisbon, where you can experience what it is like to be a Lisboeta, and where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views over the entire city.

Art Attic (River View)

My place is in a historical building in Alfama, with view to River Tejo, close to Panteão and the flea market feira da ladra. It is 5 minutes from S.Apolonia train station and metro, 15 min walk to the city center. Though the attic is close to small restaurants, Fado places and cafes, it is calm and silent. The rooms are light flooded and the view to the river is special, you will enjoy the special light of this city and its various reflections on the water. Registered with Camera de Lisboa 2016

The apartement is an open space with bathroom, full kitchen and a small closet for guests to store their clothes. Was conceived by me, I create a relaxing and warmth place where the guest can feel like home. It´s perfect for couples, it´s located in a very calm neighborhood. Is well located, close to the river, the main train and metro station of Santa Apolónia The lower part of Lisbon (Baixa) is in walking distance; such is the famous tramway 28, for an old-fashion trip around ancient Lisbon.

Arrival and departure times must be respected, CHECK-IN AFTER 3pm and CHECK OUT AT 11am. Communication with the hostess must respect the hours of 9 am to 9 pm except in emergency situations. Cosy Castle, although not a hotel, offers complimentary toiletries and coffee upon arrival, but we do not make purchases or replenish any products.

Oriented to the east / west, it is an airy apartment with natural light and it has 2 balconies with view to the Tagus river. We privilege the entrance to the building with self-system(wifi/code).
