This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! Cottage by the Bay in Rock Hall, MD

Sunny cottage in quiet waterside town of Rock Hall. Easy walk into downtown: grocery store, cafe, gift shop with beautiful housewares, gifts and jewelry, styling salon, quilt shop, ice cream shop, and local produce market. Gas fireplace, screened porch, stone patio, deck, several bicycles, tv for dvd's. Restaurants, crabs, Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge, and nearby Tolchester and downtown Chestertown. Public pool, small beach (& picnic gazebos), bike around town...come to relax year round!

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

This 3br 2ba home with own private beach is nestled off of the Potomac River and boasts serene and expansive views. Sunbathe on the private beach, cool off in the water, go fishing/crabbing from the dock, or just listen to the waves crash. Whatever it is, you’ll find it absolutely relaxing. Be sure to explore local wineries, breweries, shops and enjoy the community pool and tennis court. It's the perfect getaway house for couples/families or anyone looking for a serene weekend.
