Under The Tree is a charming homestay nestled in Thal, a serene coastal village located between Mandwa and Alibag. Just a brief 5-minute stroll from Thal beach, the property is situated approximately 20 minutes by car from Mandwa Jetty. Built in the 60's and recently renovated, this bungalow is surrounded by betel nut, coconut, and chiku trees. With a focus on privacy and comfort, we accommodate a limited number of guests, making it an ideal choice for small families seeking a tranquil getaway.

La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it
