This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

In de straat achter het huisje is een mooie, grote speeltuin het “OKB”. De bus stopt voor de deur. Betaald parkeren in het gebied en tegenover het huis. Gratis parkeren op loopafstand. Dit ruime en knus ingerichte huis biedt plaats aan zes volwassenen en/of kinderen. Bijvoorbeeld een gezin met twee kinderen en opa en oma (die hun slaapkamer en eigen badkamer beneden hebben). Of een groep vriendinnen die een mooie locatie zoeken voor hun jaarlijkse bijklets-weekend.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
