Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Dit ruime appartement (72 m2) met zonnig balkon ligt op een steenworp afstand van de historische binnenstad en de beroemde kaasmarkt. Parkeren kan in de gehele wijk gratis en er zijn twee stadsfietsen beschikbaar om de omgeving te verkennen. Als je zelf beschikt over een elektrische fiets, dan kun je deze veilig stallen in de afgesloten berging (op aanvraag). - Treinstation: 15 min. lopen - Stadscentrum: 8 min. fietsen - Strand : 10 min. met de auto - Amsterdam: 35 min. met trein of auto

Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U kan gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

Cozy apartment close to the beach

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. She may come chill on the couch with you for some coziness. Food and water are needed once a day and are provided. Please also check the reviews.

Wokke apartment at the Lake

Wokke apartment at the lake is geweldig gelegen aan het Uitgeestermeer. Dit heerlijk lichte 4 kamerappartement met 3 slaapkamers en zeer groot dakterras op het zuiden geeft dat `echte´ vakantiegevoel. Het ligt op recreatiepark De Meerparel in de jachthaven van Uitgeest met mogelijkheden om te zeilen, surfen, vissen en zwemmen. De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Met veel enthousiasme hebben wij ons oude Herenhuis gerenoveerd en in oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Op de bel-etage hebben wij een appartement gecreëerd dat wij nu verhuren. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.

The apartment (32 m2) is next to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central, within 25 minutes. Free parking on the street or in a private parking lot if there is no space in the street.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Reeds op de veerpont slaat de onthaasting toe. Het vrijstaande huisje is luxe afgewerkt en voorzien van een keuken en een badkamer met douche. Een terras op het zuiden met een weids uitzicht over een weiland met een paar geiten maken het plaatje compleet.
