Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Self-contained studio for up to 2 guests. Lock box check-in. Has private entrance with private deck to relax on. Real Queen size bed. Short walk to Manly Dam reserve. Close to public golf course. Close to public transport to city, Manly and northern beaches. Local patisserie café, chemist and medical centre and 20-minute flat walk to a major Westfield shopping centre with cinemas. Basic breakfast on arrival supplied. Wi Fi available. No off-street parking, no parking on the shared access rd.

It is freshly furnished & styled with a new kitchen (Nov 2025) TV, bathR, Q bed & has large priv sun filled deck. across the road from beautiful Manly dam- popular for mountain bike riding & bush walks . V Quiet yet close to everything. 7 mins to Manly beach and 25 mins to Sydney CBD, 5 mins to Warringah Westfield. 10 mins walk to the bus stop.

There's Manly and CBD buses on the doorstep with Curl Curl's welcoming cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Featuring a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, study area and walk-in robe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

Set in native gardens adjoining bushland, "Haus Ooray" was architecturally designed as a tranquil stylish retreat. Catch glimpses of the Lakes, while in bed, or BBQing on the deck, sitting by the fire pit or in the Cabana, beside a creek. Enjoy local beaches, villages and cafés, paddle on Narrabeen Lakes or explore Sydney, Manly, Garigal and Kuringai Chase National Parks. Mountain bikers have direct access to local mountain bike trails.

Studio cottage close to the beach

(Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
