The 4 M's Farmhouse

Charming, updated farmhouse built in 1910 on 2.5 acres with a pond in the front, two streams and a Christmas tree farm in the back. Less than a mile off the parkway and 15 minutes from New River Outfitters, who provide float trips down the New. Excellent trails within a 5 minute drive. Or just hang out at the house and enjoy the peaceful scenery from the front porch or deck. There is also a winery a couple minutes down the road. Perfect spot for hikers, motorcyclists, kayakers and tubers.

Walking distance to downtown Sparta and adjacent to Veterans Park, our home is in the perfect location to enjoy this quaint town or as a jumping off point to many of the nearby adventures the blue ridge mountains have to offer! Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath post & beam style cabin. It sits on 4 acres with mountain access/views, and river views with easy access. We are directly on the New River with 330 feet of river frontage at the end of a private road with plenty of distance to the closest neighbor. The living room has a beautiful stacked stone fireplace with a pullout couch and 2 sets of French Doors opening onto the front porch and the spacious side covered porch.
