Escape to a serene cabin to watch the sun rise over the mountain from a screened-in porch or sleep in and have a river beach picnic later. The back deck curling to the edge of the bluff over the river is sure to provide marvelous memories of a romantic sunset or family celebration. The water is usually deep enough to swim in front of the house, and you can float for miles! You can fish right from the yard and catch trout, small-mouth bass, rock bass, and lots more!

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.
