The home is located 10 minutes from Kinder/ the Coushatta Casino Resort and 16 minutes from Oakdale. The cottage is peacefully surrounded by farmlands which are used for crawfish and rice. Inside, you will find one room with a twin bunk bed, and two rooms with queen beds (air mattress also provided). The kitchen is fitted for all your cooking needs with a beautiful view of the fields. Mornings are perfect for coffee on the porch while watching nature. Perfect privacy while close to the highway!

Boat ramp is minutes from the front door and property has a small dock and boat house so bring a boat if you want to explore the bountiful Bundick Lake.
