Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our small studio cabin where the old meets the new! This 90 year old cabin is rich in history with its rustic exterior and has been finished out with a modern design inspired by wildflowers on the interior. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake, It is extremely easy to access via car, has a great view of Rocky Mountain National park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Unwind, explore & relax in our wonderland!

Cozy Mountain Cabin w/ Hot Tub Near National Park

Charming and historic log cabin located between the Wild Basin and Longs Peak Areas of Rocky Mountain National Park. 3 miles to Allenspark and only 12 miles to Estes Park where there are many restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, +. 2 bed / 1 bath with a fully outfitted kitchen and relaxing hot tub. The living room is warm and bright with vaulted ceilings and a small dining area and cozy fireplace. Stargaze in the hot tub and enjoy the outdoor picnic area. Well behaved pets welcome!

Located 15 minutes from Estes Park Downtown, the cabin is nestled in the archway to the Rocky Mountains. During your stay, enjoy a view of Mount Meeker and partial view of Longs Peak, as well as the relaxing sound of a creek. You will be minutes away from trailheads to waterfalls, bike trails around Lake Estes, and casual shopping and dining in Estes Park. Conveniently, the cabin is located off of Hwy 7, for easy access from the Denver-Boulder area. 4WD/AWD recommended in winter/spring.

NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.
