Free kayaks at this remote log cabin on the river in the Tennessee Highlands! Kayaks include one double sit-on-top kayak, one single Pescador kayak, and one single sit-in kayak. Our off-the-grid cabin overlooks the East Fork Obey River (Dale Hollow Lake), and the scenic Tennessee Highlands. Stroll down to the water to fish or launch your boat from the nearby ramp on Riverton Road, just one street over. The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The Cabin is nestled by a shallow creek and faces 25 wooded acres that are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature.
