Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Quiet & cosy home with garden and lovely cat

A very cosy home, in a quiet area of the city, with a garden where you can relax and enjoy the long summer evenings in Norway. In winter you are close to many ski locations + even an indoor downhill ski/snowboard experience. Need some cat love? If our cat Fabian is home he will be happy to cuddle! *But in winter he may not be, he has holidays too.* With a 10-15 minute walk you can easily access the city center with bus, train and metro. Driving with the car takes 10-15 minutes to the centre.

One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

Retro in Risløkka

Peaceful property in Risløkka, Oslo. Close to bus lines and metro, and 20 minutes on pushbike to central Oslo. The garden is large and a bit unkempt, sorry, with wild animals, birds and the neighbours' cats. Lots of places to sit, with either sun or shade. Spacious inside too, with interior from the 50's and 60's. And lots of plants! We enjoy our house, hope you will too. Staying a while? Please help us feed the fish and water the plants. :)

The house is only a 5-minute walk to all public transport (bus, tram, train), which will take you to the city centre in approximately 20 minutes! Grocery stores and pharmacy are just a 5 minute walk away. It’s also located close to the woods with popular hiking trails. In the middle of citylife and nature - best of both worlds :)
