Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Beautiful static, sea view, dolphins and seals

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Award-winning Harbour View fish & chips just around the corner. At the end of the street you will find the lovely Castaway’s café. There is free street parking available to the front.
