The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

Sleeps 4 in Queen br and on bunks in library. . $35 pp extra charge for more than 4 guests. Pvt entrance to large and spacious lower level. Private patio and fire pit overlooks the lake. I live on the main level and avail if you need anything. 18 ft ceilings and french doors look onto lake. Large tv area, library, bunk room, pool table and bar. Full kitchen. May use dock, kayaks, canoe, grill. Secluded cove for swimming, fishing. Special situations and longer stays are an option!

Lakeside Retreat is a cozy cabin perfect for couples on Lake Lanier. It is located in Dawsonville, Georgia with close proximity to numerous wineries, downtown Dahlonega, outlet mall shopping, wedding venues, and so much more. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with most anything you might need while traveling. You will love the jetted tub as well as the comfy king bed. (You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)
