Mountain View Guest House

A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Relax around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub while watching the sky for shooting stars and satellites.

Luxury Farmhouse Retreat

This property is perfect for multiple couples and/or family vacations featuring 2 private Master Suites and 2300 sq ft of space. The house is location 2 blocks from Alpine's downtown and popular restaurants. The house features a large fenced backyard. Smokeless fire pit in backyard .The house is centrally located to many of the regions most popular destinations: Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, Davis Mountains, McDonald Observatory, Sul Ross University, and Marfa.

Fenced Yard & Bikes - Dog‑Friendly, Mini‑Golf

A modern desert basecamp with room to actually spread out. The Milky WayFarer is a two-bedroom, two-bath home with king beds in each room, an open kitchen and living area, and a fully fenced yard that works just as hard for kids and dogs as it does for grown‑ups. Outside, play a round on the quirky 4‑hole mini‑golf course, ride the Mustang spring rider, take the house bikes into town, and wind down stargazing under a wide West Texas sky, your easy jumping-off point for Marfa and beyond.

La Cajita Verde

Enjoy this 360 sq ft casita with a covered patio, fully fenced private yard, & comfortable inside quarters. The casita features a kitchenette with an electric stove top, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge, as well as internet, smart TV w/ Roku, mini-spit AC & heating unit, Cal King bed with a foam mattress, & a bathroom with a shower. Located within walking distance to SRSU, restaurants, shops and more. Keyless entry. Pet friendly - $20 flat fee per pet (max 2 pets).

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. The bathroom with shower is downstairs. There are stairs going to the upstairs loft bedroom (see pics). (Marfa Hotel Tax ID #S44 - Registered)

Enjoy an evening under the stars, get cozy by the fire in the chiminea, grill on the patio, and most importantly take in sunsets and sunrises so spectacular you can only be in the WEST! 5 minuets from downtown Alpine, 30 minutes from Fort Davis, Marfa, and Marathon. The Big Bend National Park, Terlingua, and Lajitas are roughly 100 miles away.

The Cowboy House - Rustic charm

The Cowboy House is a charming one bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpine. It is perfect as a home base for 3-4 guests while you explore the surrounding areas of the Big Bend. Cowboy House features a rustic western theme indicative of the wild west era that is a rich part of the local history. Off street parking is available for guests. Cowboy House is pet friendly with advance notice and a pet fee.

The child/pet friendly/luxurious/spacious/fully renovated/modern 1,300 sq. ft. home has 2 bedrooms (master: Queen, guest: Full) and 2 Twins/daybed in the HUGE front living room social area, with privacy door. 1 bath/full Kitchen/Laundry/HVAC/Internet. Shaded Outdoor Dining/Stargazing/huge enclosed backyard. Park/walk everywhere downtown. 2 night min. bookings are required.

Mi Casa Es Su Casa! Our little Spanish style house is a nice blend of Mexican Ranch and Southwest Desert. It was built with love and a purpose. All peach house income goes to our children's college fund. Thanks for helping make our kids smarter, while you relax in Alpine!
