The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable, adjustable bed & a smart TV. It has curtains that shut out the light. The master closet has plenty of drawers & hanging space. The other two bedrooms are comfortable firm memory foam mattresses. There is a separate hall bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with a great gas stove. There’s a Keürig for coffee. We steam clean & sanitize for your health benefits. The backyard is beautiful & family friendly. Come relax and enjoy this wonderful Utah-themed home

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.
