This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. ** If images of mermaids & semi-nude Female artwork are offensive to you, PLEASE don't book the Poolhouse. Take a boat tour with Georgia Tidewater Outfitters. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Bring your boat, the DARIEN BOAT RAMP IS 3 blocks away. Sapelo island is a 30 minute boat ride away. I/95 is less than 2 miles away for a quick overnight stay!

You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.
