Best place in town for families or a group of up to 6 friends and coworkers. The house is new and completely remodeled inside. Enjoy the spacious and inviting floorplan that provides something for every member of the family or group. The only truly comparable spaces are in Running Y, which is 20-30 minutes out of town, but this is in the quiet suburbs while still being close to everything. You'll pay reasonable rates for a modern, stylish space designed for families and small groups!

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. Downstairs is 1 bedroom, living room with a full bathroom. Pets are welcome @ a rate of 20$ per night/per pet not included in the price. This is two separate units! NO SMOKING anything!
