Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. Share the quiet backyard and pool with your hosts. Half was between Disney & the beaches. 12 years & older only. Sofa extends to a single bed. Minutes from Interstate-4. NOT a heated pool. Wheelchairs are fine. Driveway Entry gate 39"- Breezeway to Ramp entrance 32"- Slider Entrance 33"-Bedroom door 35"-Shower (no step) 35"-Laundry 32"-Closet 35"-Queen bed 29"-standard cabinets. We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.

This is a 3-bedroom 2-bath home, bathroom in the main bedroom connects directly to the pool. Accommodates comfortably up to 6 people. We have a wide range of amenities including wifi, TV, covered pool, fully equipped kitchen, and more! This is located in a quiet neighborhood located 30 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, and Disney World. The home comes with pool toys, board games, a space for an outdoor bar! The outdoor space is enclosed to keep out mosquitos and other pests.

Everyone finds our home fun & relaxing. We are close to tons of restaurants & shopping. Only 1 mile from the intersection of I-4 & 414 (Maitland Blvd). Home, it is fully stocked. Plus a gas grill. Towels & linens provided. Games and toys for all ages. Pets are welcome with pet fee. Guests have private use of property, 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths and all living areas, back yard and porch with pool . There is an optional third bedroom available for an additional $35 a night fee.

Private 2-bedroom home with a queen size bed and a separate room with a twin daybed. There are many exciting things to do in the area! My home is about 30 minutes from theme parks such as Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Extra activities to do are Southern Hill Farms to pick fresh fruits and sunflowers. Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

Luxe Guesthouse w/Pool/Hot tub-Near Rollins/UCF

This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
