Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. A historic coach house in a beautiful rural setting overlooking fields. Private rear garden with parking, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living area, fully equipped kitchen and utility. Originally built as a coaching inn c. 1580 with the living room wing added c. 1740. The building was restored in 2018, and mixes rustic charm with contemporary design.
