Gramps ‘ouse

This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

In the wonderful village of Rocester this cosy 2 bed, 3 storey cottage is the perfect base for exploring. A gorgeous open plan living space & newly fitted kitchen leads to a sunny decking area perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. On the 1st floor is a King sized bed with master bathroom & on the 2nd floor a double bedroom & En-Suite provides ample space for 2 couples or a family. The Peak District, Derbyshire Dale’s, Alton Towers, JCB and race Course on the doorstep!

Shepherds Hut on our farm, close to Alton Towers

The Shepherds Hut is nestled in our walled garden. It has all you need for a relaxing break including lovely views, wood burning stove, bathroom, mini kitchen and a comfy bed area. The clever design allows both a dining table with chairs or comfy seating to relax by the wood burner. Our biofuel hot tub can be hired for your stay. Meet our animals whilst wandering our fields or walk from the property in to Dimmingsdale & Alton village. We’re a 5 minute drive to Alton Towers.

Relax at this peaceful cottage. It is a converted barn, inside the gates of an equestrian property. So the parking is secure. Perfect for Alton Towers, JCB Golf Course, Uttoxeter races and Peaks . Head out in to the countryside on the nearby footpaths.
