The Dairy, stunning views & close to Alton Towers

The Dairy is situated on our 9 acre small-holding. Home to us and our animals. Situated on the edge of Alton village, 2 miles from Alton Towers. The Dairy has a large open plan living, cooking and area plus 2 separate double bedrooms and bathroom. Our Hot tub is available to hire for at an additional fee (this doesn’t have jets). It has a private south facing garden plus access to the adjoining field. Views of the fields, Dimmingsdale and the Churnet Valley. Outdoor seating with BBQ.

Oakle, self contained guest annex with independent access, king sized bed, ensuite shower room and private kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast. Alton Towers and Uttoxeter Racecourse nearby. Doveridge has a lovely country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Beautiful private guest suite attached to the main house. This lovely property is in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands. We live within a small estate that is surrounded by the beautiful country side that is also a part of a quaint little town of Cheadle and surrounded by other small towns consisting of boutique shops. You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.

Butterley Bank Farm - Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage is a barn conversion attached to our family home. Converted in 2021 and located on a small holding with horses, dogs and cats. A rural retreat with lovely countryside and amazing views. We are situated near to the Peak District, on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire boarder. Near to Uttoxeter, Ashbourne, Alton Towers and in easy reach of Chatsworth and Dovedale. The area offers a wide range of places to visit and things to do.

The Hayloft - Easy access to Alton Towers and Peak

A pair of self contained self catering cottages within a converted barn. They can be rented individually or together so are an ideal central location in UK for family get-togethers & exploring. Peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to Alton Towers and the Peak District . They have been assessed by Visit Britain as 4 star accommodation. Dove Cottage is a self- catering Holiday cottage which is attached to Windy Arbour Farmhouse. The property is located within 3 miles of Alton Towers, yet is set in a beautiful rural location with lovely panoramic views and a delightful garden in which to relax. There is plenty of off-road parking and outside seating space to chill and unwind after a hectic day. The Peak District is within a short drive away.
