It is partly over a small quiet business and has three dbl bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
